Officially, it was her second flight (first was to DC in February), but apparently it’s only now that she can actually hear things, so they say? Not sure how one can gauge that, but anyway, there are lots of things I’ll never really understand.

We’re here for An Event Apart, an interactive event, so hopefully she’s absorbing all the incredible ways the world is changing around us – from mobile to design to the iPad. I wonder how we’ll all be communicating when she’s old enough to be part of it?

It’s crazy to think the she’ll be teaching US things down the line – and we’ll be scrambling to keep up with technology and what’s hip (um, not that we’re very hip right now… but still). Guess we’ll just have to wait and see?
